Gun Appraisal Low Appraisal For First Time Home Buyer?

Low appraisal for first time home buyer? - gun appraisal

I'm trying to buy my first house in North Texas. The house is listed stands at $ 87.000, we have been at a price of $ 79,000 and $ 72,000 estimate. My agent feels the valuation is very low, and your agent will conduct a further assessment and the "help" with the cost of the evaluation. The sellers are not willing to reduce the amount of the assessment. I am a different score, or just with a rifle on it further? Any advice would be very grateful. Thank you.

2 parts of this response. Sometimes the low rating is the formal warnings as soon as possible, be executed. They paid and now you can go. Run. Then you can in 2 weeks to 2 months back and buy it for $ 72,000 if the owners realize the true value.
Or .... Current score is a path to less than $ 200 or $ 1,000 to use at a higher price in the neighborhood. This is fine if the house of love and wants to live there. The evaluators are often wrong.
