Sausage stuffed mushrooms ..
Cook the sausage and mix with breadcrumbs and cheese (mozzarella or Monterey Jack) and spring onions
Apart from the extra cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Remove dates from mushrooms, cut the stems matter 1 / 2 cup and set aside (make) other than the remaining tribes for any other purpose.
Place the mushrooms in a bowl with 1 tablespoon oil.
Place caps in a shallow hollow shell, set aside.
Mushroom caps with sausage mixture, sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes, until mushrooms are soft.
