How To Install A Floor In A Boat How Do I Install A Floor Drain In A Third-floor Condo Utility Closet?

How do I install a floor drain in a third-floor condo utility closet? - how to install a floor in a boat

I had a plumber install a new water heater. Inspection County have been suspended because a new building code requires a floor drain, it was not necessary in my apartment complex was built in 1984th There is a hole in the wall of the washing machine and air conditioning, but it will not help unless the machine or the water heater suddenly. Comments?

Ask your inspector if you accept a pump condensate. "A floor drain at the moment, it is almost impossible, if not prohibitive. A condensate pump is to be connected to install less than $ 100 and the drain of washer and easily in just a few minutes. Hope this helps and good luck.

Jim Watts is not entirely correct. Must comply with when installing new components to the current code. My suggestion would be to consult with the inspector to a pot on the fire with a drain pipe coming out of the building to use. are not common and necessary in some states.

Call your inspector should be back under a grandfather clause. This is a replacement in kind, not a new installation. Seems ripe for a green-inspector.
