Is nose polyp surgery more effective, if the doctor burns the root of the polyp after removing it? - polyps more condition_symptoms
I have polyps in the nose, and I consider myself to that operation.
I read it, and it seems that with high probability over again ... I also read on the website after a doctor removed a polyp, is the area burned, and even creates scar tissue that keeps the polyps to grow again (at least in this area). ...... . Anyone who has polyp surgery?

I am a surgeon and nasal polyps have a higher tendency to relapse. I found it is less likely to re-open for the surgery if I blocked in the polyp, and I put my patients in general on a nasal steroid spray to help after the surgery, to prevent repetitions. Ask your doctor questions before they become a procedure.
