Yes, a successor to the 400D is due in February. The (probably will) announced at the PMA to be January 31 to February 2 in Las Vegas ...
The successor (450D?) Is expected for at least 12 members and you will see the best in vivo.
So you just need a little patience (for about 12-14 days at least).
You always come with new models.
